Why Las Vegas can be fun for family getaways as well

Being the party hub of the United States of America, if not the world, planning a trip to Las Vegas for the whole family is not an easy feat. Known for its dazzling and undying party vibe, there are plenty of places to visit in Las Vegas, without a doubt! Still, do not underestimate all the fun activities that Vegas has to offer for you and your kids alike.

Once you move beyond the poker and the partying, this desert oasis offers plenty of wonderful, kid-friendly things to do and see. It’s a town built for fun and thrills — whether you want to gawk and gape at the spectacles every resort plants at its entrance or scream your way through a ride on the world’s highest roller coaster. Or, if you want adventures that are a little lighter on the glitz and glamour, you can hike, horseback ride or even drive through the breath-taking natural beauty of the red rocks just outside of town.

Some things that you should surely incorporate into your itinerary are listed down below.

Every kid in the world is obsessed with candy. M&M’s World is a four-storeyed building with M&M related fun to explore. You and your kids can fill your tummies as well as your bags with all the different flavours of M&M’s. There is also a station where you can personalize M&M’s with your own message. This is a great interactive and highly entertaining activity for your family.

The Venetian is the grandest hotel in the world. There is a stream flowing through the hotel. They offer Gondola rides through the stream and it almost feels like you are actually in Venice. It is a great experience, especially when the Gondolier serenades you.

If your kid has been pestering you to meet one of their favourite celebrities, you should take them to the enormous Madame Tussauds museum. You can get pictures clicked with all the celebrities you have ever wanted to meet.

The Fountains of Bellagio are an absolute treat. These are world famous and combine water, lights and music. What more entertainment could you need?

Vegas has numerous theme parks and fun rides to offer. The world’s biggest rollercoaster is right here! Fun days at the adventure park is what makes a family holiday even better.

There are so many museums, aquariums and shows that you would be spoilt for choice. This truly is city that has it all. Now who said this was an ‘adult-only’ city again?
